Birds of Art

Nyala to moja postać do D&D, bardka o wielu talentach, śpiewa, tańczy, opowiada baśnie, pisze, komponuje. Na rysunku chciałam pokazać ją w sposób piękny i magiczny. Ptaki miały być symbolem sztuki, którą tworzy.

Nie jestem zadowolona z tego rysunku, nie jest tak niesamowicie piękny i zapierający dech w piersiach jak chciałam. Nie potrafiłam wywarzyć bałaganu kolorystycznego z jasnym przesłaniem obrazka. Ulotność sceny też niezbyt mi wyszła. Cóż, może następnym razem się uda.

Ale mam nadzieję, że i tak się wam podoba.

Nyala is my character for D&D, she is bard with many talents, she sings, dances, tells tales, writes, composes. In the drawing I wanted to show her in beautiful and magical way. The birds supposed to be a symbol of art that she creates.

I am not happy with this piece, it isn’t so incredibly beautiful and breathtaking as I wanted. I could not balance the colorful mess with a clear message. Scene elusiveness also doesn’t look like I wanted. Well, maybe next time...

But I hope you like it anyway.
